Leaders in Action 2022 Retreat

Dreams, goals, the future…these are common themes in the lives of high school and university students all over the world and especially in the lives of the Leaders in Action students here in Chinandega. At the beginning of September, we had the opportunity to host the Leaders in Action students for a retreat at the Amigos Complex. It was a time to learn, dream, share, and most importantly, have fun!

Students participated in a series of talks given by Amigos staff members where they were encouraged to dream and make goals for themselves as they work hard in their studies and look to what their futures hold. This time served as encouragement to them in the middle of their school year and a reminder that God has good plans for them. They were reminded that even the obstacles that they face in their lives and in their studies are opportunities for growth and for God to show them His faithfulness.

We want to especially thank all the Leaders in Action sponsors for the role that they play in encouraging students and transforming their lives and the lives of their families as well. Students are inspired knowing that their sponsors are cheering them on, and most of their dreams include one day getting to meet their cheerleaders face to face!

Come Meet Your Student!
