Don’t worry, it’s way easier than you think!
Go to the "Create a Fundraiser" Page
When you click on the link above, it will open in a new tab or window so you will still have access to these instructions.
Select "Clean Water in Every Home"
In order to raise money for our summer campaign, select "Clean Water in Every Home"
Fill in your email address
If you already have an account, it will prompt you to log in.
If you don’t, it will prompt you to create an account once you click “Create a Page” at the bottom of the page.
Design Your Page
Choose a Page Name (i.e. Fred's Graduation)
Select a Category (i.e. Special Event)
Add a Photo
We recommend you add a photo of yourself, especially if you have a great one of you in Nicaragua. However, if you don't have one handy you can use one of ours (the options are in the setup). You can edit this later if you'd like.
Deadline and Goal
You can set your own goals! Suggested deadline is mid-August. The "Goal" must be in the form of a number.
Tell your Story
Us the "compose an epic" feature to tell a little bit about yourself, your experience with Amigos, and why you would love for others to join with you in supporting this project area or Amigos in general.
Select “Create Page”
You are so close!
If You Don't Have an Account
you will now be prompted to start an account. Fill in the information and this will allow you to edit your page and track your progress.
Spread the Word
Once you have completed all these steps, you will receive an email that says, “Your Page is LIVE,” and this will include a link for you to share with your friends and family.
