Amigos for Christ is a nonprofit organization that facilitates leadership, water, health, education, and economic development in rural Nicaraguan communities.
Our mission is to serve, so that Christ becomes more visible. Our vision is to be a model cross-cultural community development organization.

Water
Our Approach: We build water systems that bring water directly to each family’s home to ensure access to clean, abundant water 24/7. This improves families’ health and frees up time and resources for them to focus on education and economic development.
Sanitation
Your Impact:
$2,745 builds a Modern Bathroom with multiple stalls at a local school or community health center.
Our Approach: We build Modern Bathrooms that provide families with a dignified space to take care of their sanitary needs and help to stop thecycle of parasites and diarrhea.
Health
$623 builds a Clean Air Kitchen which includes a smokeless stove and a tiled, sanitary food-preparation area to prevent sickness and disease for a family.
Education
Your Impact:
$2,724 provides a primary school student at the Amigos Academy in La Chuscada with access to a world-class education as well as a nutritious breakfast & lunch each day for one year
$600 provides a secondary school or university student with a full scholarship to continue their studies for one year
$150 covers the entrance fees and equipment for a student of the Amigos Baseball Academy, where they can grow as an athlete, citizen of their community, and young leader
