Job Overview

The Servant Leader program allows for volunteers to come serve alongside the Amigos for Christ staff and develop their leadership skills as well as their spiritual life. The director of this program works very closely with the Servant Leaders, ensuring that they know their purpose within Amigos and they feel equipped to carry out that purpose. The director of this program should be someone with experience working with young adults who thrives off of sharing the Gospel with them, building into their lives and walking with them as they serve with Amigos for Christ.

Who are we?

Amigos for Christ exists to serve God. We do this by two approaches. First, we facilitate sustainable, locally-empowered improvements in water, health, education, and economic infrastructure in rural Nicaragua. Second, we host short term missionaries who want to step out in faith and lend a helping hand. Through the life changing experiences that result, both missionaries and impoverished families grow together in faith and richness of life.

Why work at Amigos?

The world needs people who have come alive. At Amigos, that means dreaming big, growing to our fullest potential, and facing exciting new challenges every day. Professionally, we also commit to offering you a career of significance, a fullness of life, and an unforgettable adventure. Along the way, we also get to change the world.

Who are you? What are you like?

You pursue growth – spiritually, personally, and professionally
